Andrew is a high-tech business consultant specializing in wireless and Internet software. Most recently, he has completed a book on Mobile Location Services that Prentice Hall is publishing in North America and Europe in 2002. Prior to this, Andrew spent 5 years as CEO and founder of Intranet Communications Corporation, a software company he raised venture capital for and built to 25 people. Andrew has completed high-tech assignments in Europe, Asia and South America, and spent seven years living in South Africa. Andrew graduated cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in economics.
